The New Digital Entry Permit

This digital form is now required for all international travelers prior to passing through immigration. It ensures proper registration for every visitor entering the country through official border checkpoints.

Visitors must show their approved electronic entry slip at immigration. Physical copies can also be obtained at designated counters before the passport check area in international terminals.

To skip long queues and delays at arrival, it’s recommended to fill out the entry form online and get the approved version by email.

Once received, simply print it or save the file on your device and show it when requested.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the digital entry form required for visiting Thailand?

The Digital Entry Form is an online travel document introduced in May 2025 to replace the previous paper-based arrival and departure slips. This form is required for all international travelers entering the country and collects key travel details to support immigration procedures. It fulfills the same function as the old system—helping authorities keep track of both incoming and outgoing visitors. You can complete this form ahead of time through the official platform or use digital kiosks located at airport terminals. Submitting it online helps minimize paperwork and speeds up the process at immigration checkpoints throughout the country.

Yes, every traveler must complete their own digital entry form, including infants and children. While parents or legal guardians can handle the submission for minors, each individual—no matter their age—needs a separate form to be filled out before arriving in the country.

Yes, you must complete a new TDAC for each trip to Thailand. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is trip-specific and cannot be reused for multiple visits. Even if you’ve previously submitted a TDAC, you’ll need to fill out a fresh form with your current travel details, including updated flight information, accommodation address, and travel dates for your new visit. This ensures Thai immigration authorities have accurate, up-to-date information for each entry into the country.

The digital application asks for basic travel and ID information such as:

  • passport details

  • airline and flight number

  • address of your stay within the country

  • reason for visit and duration of stay

Be sure to have your passport and full travel plan ready before filling out the form.

This platform is operated by an independent service provider. A processing fee of USD 68 is charged, which includes access to round-the-clock customer support. Our team is available to help with form submissions, provide status updates, or assist with retrieval if your document is misplaced.

Alternatively, you may complete the form without a fee through the official government portal.

Yes, you can submit the entry form for multiple people in your group using one application session. You’re allowed to include up to 6 individuals total—including yourself—provided everyone is arriving and departing on the same flight and staying at the same accommodation during the visit.

You’re allowed to submit your travel form up to 3 days before your scheduled flight. While there’s no strict earliest deadline, it is possible to fill it out shortly before boarding or even at airport kiosks on arrival. That said, applying in advance is highly advised to ensure a quicker and more hassle-free experience at immigration checkpoints.

Please allow a few hours for your application to be processed and the approved document to be delivered via email. If you haven’t received it within that time, feel free to reach out through the contact page or email us directly. Our support team is here to assist and will get back to you promptly.
